I started taking Lion’s Mane few weeks ago. I had heard it would help with sleep issues. It’s been a miracle for me because I haven’t slept well in years. I would awaken many times during the night and toss and turn; this has changed everything. Instead of waking up at two and three in the morning, I can now sleep until 6 AM. I also feel like I have much clearer thinking - almost quicker to figure things out and find the right words to say. I feel like it’s lifted a brain fog ! Love it!
