Instructions: This product is intended for oral use only.To avoid zinc deficiency, experts recommend that adults get around 15 – 30 mg of zinc per day. However, since zinc is most often obtained through seafood and dairy products, it may be difficult for those following plant-based diets, as well as those with certain food sensitivities, to get sufficient levels of zinc every day. Moreover, most seafood products nowadays are contaminated with mercury and microplastic pollution. Fortunately, plant-based zinc supplements provide an easy and convenient solution for optimizing your zinc intake.

Our Groovy Bee® Liposomal Zinc delivers a highly bioavailable form of zinc that your body can easily absorb. You can simply take half a teaspoon, or 2 ml, of our premium liposomal zinc by mouth once every day or as recommended by your healthcare provider. You may even add it to a glass of water or your favorite smoothie.

NOTE: Before taking our liposomal zinc supplement, be sure to shake the bottle well. Do not mix Groovy Bee® Liposomal Zinc with hot beverages or mix using a blender as this could damage the delicate liposomes. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 75 days of opening.

I have tried all kinds of liquid Zinc before, but this one tastes the best! Please note that the bottle might pop open if the package has been sitting out in the sun in the hot summer for too long.

Love Liposonal Zinc!!

I can't say enough great things about Liposomal Zinc! I ran out and oh my, I could tell an immediate difference in how I felt and improvement on tinnitus. I'm not a doctor, I was a nurse for many yrs in my younger yrs but I'm not giving medical advice here. I want to share my own exoerience. Where liposomal zinc is great for over all health, including your skin, I in the early beginning of this yr i developed ringing in my ears. It became so loud I could hear it above the TV, fans , it didnt matter how loud other sounds were the ringing, which goes from very loud to lower sound was driving me nuts, like I never enjoyed peace and quiet. I knew zinc could help so I tried different brands of zinc with little to no change then I bought Mike's liposamal zinc. The ringing isn't gone but it's not as bothersome to me. The ringing isn't above all sounds. This may not happen for everyone but I have to say using Lipossmal zinc from health ranger has made a difference for me. Thank you Mike for another great and safe product!
