How do I use HRS Organic Oregano Essential Oil?

You can use oregano essential oil for aromatherapy and enjoy its powerful and spicy, camphor-like aroma. You can also apply it on your skin after diluting a few drops with a carrier oil. Oregano essential oil blends well with other skin-friendly essential oils, such as tea tree oil.

Add 2–3 drops to your vaporizer or diffuser and enjoy the aroma of fresh oregano. To use this essential oil on your skin, simply dilute two to four drops with a carrier oil and gently rub the mixture on your skin. For minty fresh breath, add a few drops of oregano essential oil to your homemade baking soda toothpaste or mouthwash.

For an effective kitchen counter cleaner, add 5–7 drops or oregano essential oil to equal parts tea tree and lavender essential oils. Mix this oil blend with any natural cleaning solution, shake and spray onto surfaces you wish to clean. Let the solution sit on the surface for one minute before wiping clean. You can also add a few drops of oregano essential oil to your favorite shampoo or conditioner to support the growth of strong, healthy and shiny hair. Dilute a couple of drops with a carrier oil and massage it into your scalp after bathing.

I take it in a capsule every day

I’ve been using this product for months. I have a broken tooth, and am waiting to have it pulled because my dentist is too busy. Also, I’ve been stalling, because I’m nervous about what they’re putting in the dental anesthetic. The oregano oil keeps the infection away. I can tell when I skip a day or 2, because the glands in my neck get swollen.

Use it in my diffuser during the night in bedroom

I found directions for an anti-viral blend of essential oils on the internet which uses a combination of 5 drops of cinnamon oil, 3 drops of eucalyptus oil, one drop of thyme oil, and one drop of oregano oil. We put this blend in our diffuser every night during the winter for sleeping. We find the aroma pleasing, and like the idea of adding moisture and healthy oils to the air we breathe at night. I also feel very safe using Mike Adam's products due to his high standards of quality for products he sells.

Great Product

I knew as soon as I tried the glasses on, I paid for a good product. The longer I wore it, the better it got. I like that it is light and so comfortably designed. My eyes feel so much better with the glasses on especially that I am on my computer for hours on end. It is supposed to protect my eyes from the blue light, but it also prevents my eyes from feeling so dry.

Glad to have these

Almost every prepper channel says one statement which I think is probably true: As soon as the first nuke goes off in the middle east, ukraine or anywhere, you won't be able to buy these IOSAT tablets, or they will be outrageously expensive. Prudence dictates every family get a packet now for under $20 (I think I paid ~$18 per pack; contains 3 packs) while they last and are affordable. Favorite tart health-giving fruit I will rehydrate for oatmeal, pancakes, cookies, breads. I haven't opened the big prepper metal can, but these may be tasty to chew dry, too, if not too tart. My thyroid quit.

I had been low on energy for over a year. It was to the point that my feet hurt when I walked any distance. I was looking through this site and saw this product. I decided to try it. Muscle testing told me I needed 4 or 5 drops a day. After a couple of months the amount I needed started dropping. Meanwhile my feet just ached instead of hurting. My energy is returning, I can get much more done. The amount I take depends on my activity level, but since I muscle test myself, I can adjust on a daily basis.
I am also taking herbs to heal my thyroid, but for getting daily energy this is good stuff! So glad I tried it.
