Vitamin C that is safe to consume

The non-GMO status is essential, and its encapsulation for convenience has an added benefit of no erosion of teeth. At 600 mg per capsule, it's easy to calculate daily dosage for a 24 hour goal. Great vitamin C supplement

We take vitamin C every day along with others. 7 treasures is one also. I am 74 and my husband is 80. We take no prescription medication. Just vitamin supplements and try to eat a healthy diet. Clean supplements are worth every penny when it comes to your health.
